Your coach isn’t some random Joe on the street who paid $50 for a one-day course and certificate. All coaches are highly qualified fitness and nutrition professionals who have significant experience in the field.

- Personalized workout plan – including exercise descriptions and how-to videos

- Text message or email reminders (your choice)
- 30 minutes of private video-conference or phone-based follow up time each and every month
